And still – when real conflict surfaces within your organization, you freeze, or overfunction, or replay the conversations for three sleepless nights. Sometimes, you find yourself still “handling” it, six months later.

You’re not alone, and you’re not necessarily doing it wrong.

You’re navigating real power and privilege, real relationships, and a real desire to lead with care and clarity. You want to be a trauma-informed strategist, but you can’t bypass the hard decisions of budget cuts and board management.

🌀 The Conflict Clinic is a free, monthly practice ground for leaders navigating complex power dynamics in real time – within your organizations, your communities, your partnerships, and your self.

We don’t do performance or roleplay. We don’t do “fixing,” people-pleasing, or posturing.

Here, we practice presence, discernment – and relational skill-building.

what happens inside a clinic:

Each session is free, confidential, and held with care.

We begin with 10-15 minutes of grounding: a short teaching, embodied pause, or systems-framing to orient us. Topics may include:

  • How do we hold it all?

  • The five elements of conflict storytelling

  • How to apologize: a practice of accountability, amends, and repair

  • Circle-keeping: lessons from restorative and transformative justice

  • Shame and silence: conflict avoidance as a tactic of oppression

  • Repair as a strategic capacity

We then open the space for live, facilitated dialogue – including hot seat coaching and collective inquiry.

Bring a conflict you’re navigating – from the mundane to the existential – or simply listen, witness, and learn from others’ stories.

Our sessions together are not recorded, so we can move beyond performance and into presence.

You do not need to be articulate, resolved, or at your best to join us. You only need to be willing to try again.
